I recently purchased a CallYa eSIM from a Vodafone retail store in Germany. I would like to add this pre-paid card to my Vodafone account however I was not provided a Customer Password.
Unlike the stickied post, it appears that the eSIMs do not have their customer password located behind the card that provides the activation QR code and PINs.
I see many people have had this issue, and it appears to be solved with moderator intervention upon providing their telephone number. If this method is still used, I would greatly appreciate a moderator responding to this request.
