Hello.

 

I recently purchased a CallYa prepaid card from Amazon.

 

I am trying to activate my SIM online. I keep getting an error for my Customer Service password. No matter how much I adhere to the instructions, I am given an error.

 

Was this provided to me somehow beforehand? I am very confused and just want to set up my SIM. I have tried everything from resetting my laptop to switching devices and browsers.

 

Please help.

You try to register the SIM-card on this website?

Then the requirements of your customer password is as follows:

  • At least 6 (maximum 20) characters
  • Only capitals and digits 
  • No special characters (e.g. & ! ?)

Example:

Valid: VODAFONE1

Invalid: Vodafone1

 

Addendum: I believe you uploaded a wrong screenshot. When it shall removed I can remove the screenshot. 😉
