eSIM disconnect

Hey vodafone. 

My phone was sent for repair but I forgot to disconnect the e-sim.

Can you please disconnect it? I need to activate a new phone

This is not possible here in the community where customers exchange information with each other and no data can be requested.

You will need to contact customer service to do this.
