Vodafone kann mein neues Handy nicht liefern! Ich habe vor knapp 3 Monaten einen neuen Handyvertrag abgeschlossen. Der Vertrag beinhaltet ein neues Handy. DHL versuchte am 13. Oktober 2022, das Produkt zuzustellen. Da niemand zu Hause war, schickte DHL das Paket an Vodafone zurück. Vodafone hat das Paket jedoch nicht gefunden und weigert sich daher, mir das in meinem Vertrag enthaltene Handy zuzusenden. Das ist unverschämt!
Vodafone is unable to deliver my new mobile phone! I have signed a new mobile phone contract almost 3 months ago. The contract includes a new mobile phone. DHL tried to deliver the product on October 13, 2022. There was nobody at home, so DHL returned the package to Vodafone. However, Vodafone has not found the package, and therefore, refuse to send me the cell phone included in my contract. This is outrageous!
