In July, I was called on the phone to renew my contract. They offered me a new tariff , I would pay 5 euro more per month for more GB and I would get 50 euro because I renewd the contract and switched the tariff, which seemed convenient .. they asked if I wanted the contract to be with or without a mobile phone and I specifically said OHNE HANDY and they said ok..
2 weeks ago, I wanted to get a new phone with my contract (which would be the 1st time I get a phone from Vodafone) , I went to the shop and to my surprise, here it is on the system Young M mit Basic Phone !!!!! excuse me ? but which phone? can you even tell me which phone did I get?? I sent a letter by post , 2 weeks ago , no answer yet.. I called customer service who said that only the shop who did this contract can change it, but guess what? the shop is more than 5 hours away from me, I can't go there and the number listed online is no longer valid! and I couldn't contact them in any way ! I filled a complaint form 8 days ago but still .. NO ANSWER what so ever from Vodafone which feels like I have been scammed ! why can no one find a solution for me?
So it turned out I am not only paying for an imaginary phone, I can't get a real one because I am not allowed to get more than one, and apparently I have already gotten an imaginary one!! I can't even cancel this contract I didn't agree to, I can't talk to the shop who made this mistake, and no other shop or customer service can change this so WHO CAN ! Please tell me what should I do and how can I solve this . Thank you in advance for your much appreciated help

I´m really sry about your worries!
Is it from start of contract that there is shown the tariff with basic phone.
Or was there a change with the new GB?
Have you heard anything about the letter you sent us?
