Do i need to pay extra if i want to extend my contract with a device?

Do I pay more to extend my contract and get a smartphone as well. My contract expires in 3 weeks

I sadly don't understand what you mean with extra paying. 

If your contract is ready for an extension, you can change it to a contract with device. There are no extra costs with for this change, if it's this what you've meant.
