My contract keeps getting changed to old one

I am so dissatisfied by vodafone.

 

I have a contract that was with Mobile phone and M plan which started in Nov 2022 and finished in Nov2024.  a week ago I fulfilled tghe payment of my mobile handy and then got a new contract M plan with Ohne smart phone with 200GB internet.  on 12.12.2024 I recived the confirmation that my contract has been approved and I can use the new bundle. All of a sudden on 14.12.2024 it got changed back to the old one. I have called vodafone helpline 19 times. 5 times even if they speak english they will lie that they don't.

 

 

This should be atleast fixed I have all the confirmation from vodafone.
