Hi, 

 

I have a 2 year contract for mobile data since May 2023. Unfortunately, due to extraordinary reasons I had to leave Germany and come back to Colombia in

November, but I did not ask for a contract termination. I already paid the due amount from November until March, but it is difficult for me to keep paying a service that I am not using, in Euros and making international transactions to do so. 


I wanted to know how can I ask for a special termination of my contract.

Also, I paid the due amount but I did not specify my costumer number, so I would like to know where can I send the proof of payment.
