Hello! Is there a contact email to cancel my cell phone and home internet service? I have already relocated back to the USA.

How would I file a cancelation request? I cannot find an email or link to do so. 

I turned in a copy of my orders and tried to cancel while I was still in Germany, but my service was never cancelled.
