Old contract is still charged when new contract is purchased

Hello Vodafone Team,

Please cancel below
Cable contract
Customer No. XXX

Because I relocated to another location "Ingolstadt"

There in Ingolstadt vodafone don't have Cable connection, therfore new vodafone Landline contract has been taken.

I am trying to convey this from 2 months and simple paying money to Cable contract.

I am really unhappy with your service.
Also I cannot connect to vodafone customer service because no one fit to speak in English.

  • If vodafone don't want to have non german customer please let me know and cancel all my contracts with vodafone.

 

Also got mail saying old cable contract will terminate by 7 of September but early termination is possible if I stay with vodafone.

 

I am already staying in vodafone please see my new contract.. why still charging for old contract????

2) Did you actually notify Vodafone about your move at least a few weeks in advance? In that case VF checks if your existing contract is available at the new location. If it is, the contract moves with you - if not Vodafone themselves terminates the contract without the customer having to do anything.
