I have retuned my modem awhile ago and still did not receive a refund for it.
how can I check whats the status of it?

why is 50,- Euro missing? The refund was charged in 2 invoices, in January and February. We had also explained this to you. Of course, the connection is calculated, but the decisive factor is what we have debited. If there is a credit, we do not debit the created invoice. So please check your debits.

Please take a look at the invoices in your customer portal. In February, your remaining credit was offset and we only debited 2.51 euros. The invoice amount for February was 49.99 euros minus the remaining credit of 47.48 euros, resulting in the 2.51 euros debited to you.
