Hello,
I've been Vodafone customer since September, using cable internet. Yesterday I received an email with a contract about a new Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable order, which I never placed! How is this even possible when I never spoke to any vodafone representative (I don't even speak German) nor have I visited vodafone.de until today?
Can someone please help clarify how did this new order appear and cancel it before it goes any further?

which German state do you come from? Is there a new customer number on the confirmation or is it your known customer number?
