Dear Sir / Madam,
i would like to inform you that i moved new apartment. In that apartment cable connection port is not available.
so please i would like to treminate this contract or please provide the DSL connection to setup box.
i have already submitted the old setup box connection to vodafone office.
i returened the BOX last month only but still amount is deducting from account.

Did you inform VF technical services about the issue?

Sending the box back doesnt cancel the contract.

tt's not that simple. You already have to officially declare the move. To that end, we have a moving service.
