Hello,
I have recently canceled my cable contract with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland. I was asked to return the device (cable modem) I had from the contract. I did not notice Vodafone Kabel Deutschland was providing me with a return label from DHL. So, I happened to return it on my own.
I have the tracking number for the parcel, and it looks delivered. However, I have not received any acknowledgment from Vodafone Kabel Deutschland, and I still receive "please, return the device until XYZ date" emails.
How could I resolve this problem?
