In November last year I was informed that Vodafone was terminating the cable contract in my building.
Due to a personal emergency, I was out of the country at the time.
When I returned, I sent the device back by mail, but money was still deducted from my account. Can you please help?

If it was a cable device you can contact support to get the money back. If it was a DSL device you will not get your money back. Contact support via one of the official support channels, preferably via WhatsApp. Keep in mind that support in English is not guaranteed:
