Cabel Contract Cancelled

Hello Team,

I have ordered cable connection online, but cancelled it within 14 days and returned the device. How can I know if my contract is cancelled or not, as I was charged with 6.99 euros which seems to be the shipping fee.

Kindly help me on this.
