Repeated disconnects - Rückwegstörung

Dear Community

Sinceramente I moved to my new flat in 2019 I have been facing repeated disconnects which last from a few hours to several days. When this happens I have to use my mobile phone data to keep working. So far I have not received any refund from Vodafone and above all the problem keeps coming. Finding a technician or an operator who speaks English is also a miracle. Can anyone help to get a stable and issue free connection or at least get additional mobile data when the service is not available?
