No communication received from Vodafone yet. As its a month now, tried calling customer care but not successful due limited german language.
Can you assit here pls.

Maybe ask Check24 - you booked via them so they are the first responsible party.

Did checked with them check24 team and got feedback via mail that they had informed Vodafone team. Its been week since they confirmed as well.
