Hello,
Some weeks ago, I filled out the form to move my internet (Kabel) to a new place, but I never received an answer. I am already at my new place and have never been contacted. I have tried to use the chatbot and the WhatsApp number to receive some support, but so far, I have not received any answer. Is there a place where I can see the status of my request? I currently have no internet access in my new apartment and have not found a way to communicate with Vodafone Customer Service (in English).

Have you not yet received a reply via WhatsApp or have you been waiting a while?
If you have written there, you will get an answer as soon as possible.

Dear @D4vidP, thanks for your response. To update you, the WhatsApp service just told me to wait. So I went directly to a physical store where they mentioned the process was already done. When I checked, there was still no internet, so I requested a technician; the technician visited and mentioned that even if the house has a Coaxial connection, apparently, it is not connected to my apartment (2nd floor), so he could not fix it. I have not found a solution yet and still have no internet. Do you know what my possibilities are now? Is it possible to switch to DSL without making a new contract? The old tenant had DSL, so we know there is at least a connection. How long would it take to have the internet working if I switched to DSL? By now, I am a bit desperate; it will be almost 1 month without internet.
