Moving to a new address but can not add new contract

Hi

 

Currently, I'm living in Dusseldorf. I'm going to move to Berlin from the 1st of July. I want to see if I can keep my current contract for the new apartment. I read that I can do it online by adding a contract in MyVodafon.  However, when I want to add a new contract I got an invalid customer-id error.  Can you help me with this issue
