Hi there moderators,
I'm writing here as a last effort to move my current Kabel contract to a new address. I will move to a new house which is currently being built and should be ready by the end of December 2025. According to the construction company, Vodafone has all the necessary installations ready to accept customers there.
When I follow the steps to do it online, it validates the new address, but at the end it asks to call 080072426623. My wife called, and they said we should be able to do it online. So we're in this endless loop now.
Could anyone help? I can give the full details via private message.

You are in a customer-to-customer only forum, neither contact to nor support by Vodafone are available here. For support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Getting a response will take some time, this is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order.
