Dear Vodafone Customer Service,
I am writing to inform you that I moved out of my previous address in August 2025, but I am still being charged for the Vodafone TV Connect Start service.
As I no longer reside at that address and am unable to use the service, I kindly request that you terminate the contract, effective August 2025, and cease any further charges. Please also refund any payments taken after that date.
Please confirm once the cancellation has been processed.

Du befindest dich hier in einem Kunden helfen Kunden Forum! Hier kannst du nichts kündigen. Wende dich damit bitte an den Service, und melde einfach einen Umzug!

You won't get any reimbursement for the months before your movement / cancellation notice is received by Vodafone.
The earliest date to which a contract can be cancelled is the date that Vodafone receives notice -- and thus if you sent this notice to the official contact right now, you won't get any reimbursements for anything before today.
