Hello,
I will move begining of next month to Neu-Ulm so I want to move my Kabel connection, I used for that the Umzungsservice portal but it is not working, after I put my new address, I only get the confirmation that my address is correct when I click on Continue and it does not allow me to continue further. Can you please help me?

Where are you living now?
If you life now in BaWü (i.e. Ulm) you change regional border. This is online not so easy.
