hi,
I am moving to a new apartment in the same neighborhood (10minutes away from current apartment).
What is the process of doing that? I have already done the process of adding the new address to moving service in 'myvodafone' account. When I call the customer service, it's all in German so not helpful at all.
I am moving in 3days. What is the timeline of this move?

When did you report the move? It is always good to do that early. Did you already check, if your conteact is available at the new location (do that while logged out of your account). Usually you report the move, VF will check if they can offer you the same contract at the new location, if yes it mostly is enough to plug in your router at the new place (if you already have access to the new place, take your router there and plug it in to see if it works). If the service is not abailable there, VF will cancel the contract.
