Problem with my Vodafone Station Rotuer

I have had consistent problems with my Vodafone Station Router. I am on the second one, as the first one effectively died and Vodafone replaced it. My current one is moving the same direction as the last one. It gets VERY hot. I have it sitting out and sitting directly on a PC fan, which helps, but does not solve the problem. As it continues to get worse, I have to reboot the router daily or turn it off completely to let it cool before use. I will often come home from work with no internet and have to reboot/cool the router to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.
