I requested an address move through the new system via chatbot, but haven't gotten any confirmation,

I am moving to a new place in the same town where I currently live (barely 3km away) and I requested the move of my internet to the new place via this (https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/alles-zum-umzug.html) which just directed me to do it via the chat bot. The new place uses fiber, I checked and Vodafone is available there normally. Thing is, I still haven't gotten any confirmation email or contact stating that my request was proceeding. What can I do here?
