I have moved out from my apartment in Hessen on 31st dec 2023, and moved to new apartment in baden Württemberg on 1st feb2024, I send many emails to active my internet and called many times to customer care still there is no solution.
I am paying my bills without using it.
Please provide me solution, I paid almost 100 euro without using it as it is not active.
