Hello
I have a feeling this question comes up quite often.. I have just called the hotline, an operator asked me to chose the number to connect with the English-speaking person (promising!) and .... I ended up listening to the Employee excusing that he doesn't really speak English. He couldn't solve my question I called with, so gave me a different number. At least he tried and I appreciate it.
Waiting 6 minutes on the other line only to hit the communication wall with another person, who has clearly understood me, but didn't want to try speaking.
Is this forum the only way the customer can ask questions in English, or there is another way?

I'm afraid to say - but Support in other than the (sole) contractual language -which is German- is only provided on a best-effort base. So there might be no support in other languages than the contractual language at all.
I am also not aware that there would be a special number for English customer support at all - either the agent is able to speak English and you are lucky - or they aren't and you need to get a translator on your own behalf.
And just to make it sure: This is a customers-help-customers forum - not an official support channel - so most answers in here -including mine- will only be written by other customers.

Got it, and thank you for taking your time! I saw on some posts that a Vodafone person was answering (at least that what it looked like), so was hoping to reach them this way.

oh, but maybe then you guys know 🙂 - I want to stop receiving internet bills in paper. i can access them on my account so don't want more paper. Do you know how to deactivate it? I have not seen any possibility through the account page. That's what I wanted to ask them 🙂
