Good morning support team, I hope you are all doing well.
I received my router in the mail last night, and I do not have internet service. I tried linking my contract to my account last night, but the activation code I received in the mail did not work. Is this what is causing the disruption?
If so, is there any solution besides receiving a new activation code in the post? I cannot call customer service as my German is extremely poor. I can provide all details as needed.
