I am moving to a new apartment in Berlin in January. I tried following the online umzug steps to transfer my Kabel across to it, I got through to the end, it said something to the effect of "we're happy to help! Please phone this number." The page has since crashed and I cannot access the "umzug" site, as it just endlessly loads, there seems to be something wrong (tried on multiple devices/browsers).
The other issue is I don't speak German, so even if I get back to that stage, it won't help if I phone up customer support. I thought it would be possible to simply transfer the contract online, is there something I'm missing? Can someone please help?
