Is there a support number I can call to speak with someone in English?
I signed up for cable internet service two months ago, but I still don't have a working connection. I initially contacted technical support about a month ago, and the person I spoke with spoke English, so communication was smooth.
However, since then, I've tried calling several times, and none of the support persons I've reached speak English, making it difficult to explain the issue.
To summarize the situation:
I signed up for internet service, but it has never worked. When the technician visited my apartment, he detected a download signal but no upload signal. He informed me that he would send a letter with a form, requesting approval from my landlord to perform the necessary work to fix the issue. That was a month ago, and I'm still waiting for the letter to be sent.
I would appreciate any help or updates you can provide, and I'd be grateful for a number where I can speak to someone in English.
