Hello, 4 months back I got vodafone station, I have connected cables like they mentioned in the manual. I see the DOCSIS offline. I have not been able to use the Internet for past 4 months. Seems self installation failed. How to solve this issue?

Hello Veerendra,
we can order a technician to finish the installation. I need the following information from you:
- name
- address
- customer number
- birth date of the contractual partner
- MAC address of the router
- phone number
- were there any Covid-19 symptoms in your household
Send all the data in a private message. The technician will need access to the house installation.

I have been paying bills for 7 months and not used Internet at all and it turns out there was no cable installation to my apartment. I can't signup DSL, I choose Vodafone Kabel.
Can I get a refund and cancel the contract?

I see that my previous question was taken down, not sure why. But Im still seeking for help...
I signed up Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable and contract started from 05/01/2020. The self
installation has failed, unfortunatly I have start informing and running around customer service in
this forum from past 1 month. I have been paying bills from past 7 months without using the
internet. Finally, a few days back one modarator contacted and asked details to
troubleshoot. Today, one of the staff from "BHS Elektronik GmbH" contated me informed, there is
no possibility to install "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable".
I'm really disspointed Vodafone started my contract "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable" and
charging me without checking these plans / services not even available in my address. Below is the
email from "BHS Electronics GmbH"

Hello Veerendra,
as the installation cannot take place, i have terminated the contract. I have also arranged for the charged or debited amounts to be written off. Until November, no charges were debited because they were repaid by the credit notes at the beginning of the contract. We now have to debit these credits to the customer account. The settlement will then take place, so that the amounts for November and December will be refunded. Please be patient, it will take a while. You will receive a confirmation for the termination of the contract.

Hi,
the refunds should all offset each other and in the end you will be refunded the fees you paid. I hope the booking system will manage it all in one bill. If not, there will be a second final bill.
