Hello,
I cancel my contract because I moved abroad. I sent the cancelation notice on January 2nd, 2021 and left the country in May but I'm still being charged and the end of my contract according to the data in my account is July. I have a Cellular contract and Internet. The devices were already returned. Can end the contract immediately and stop the charges?. I respected the notice period, I moved to a place where you cannot give the service and I'm not using any of them anymore, I don't understand why I'm still charged.

No, you cannot - and the notice period starts the earliest by the day of your move (which obviously you have to provide proof by submitting a copy of the official deregistration letter).
So if you moved out of Germany in May, your contract will run at least until August (May + 3 months) - even if you notice Vodafone about that in January. This has already been ruled out by two different courts that both came to the same conclusion that the earliest start of the notice period can be the day of the move, but not before the actual notice (if the notice is received after the move).
But this rule only applies to landline contracts - as mobile contracts can also be used abroad to the contractually agreed prices, which obviously may include roaming fees that were already agreed upon making the contract.
