Hello,
I cancelled my contract and even got an email saying, Ihre Vertragskündigung zum 21.11.2022, but I am still being charged through the end of November. This is my second time trying to cancel my contract with Vodafone. I moved back to USA in September and would like some help. Thank you.

The full month is calculated if the end of the contract is after the calculation date. You will then receive a final invoice next month, in which everything will be offset and overpaid amounts will be refunded by bank transfer if the bank details are stored in the customer account.
