Hi
I can't login to my account as it gives me error. I have read in the FAQ that the account is deleted after two years of inactivity and I didn't login for 3-4 years.
I tried to register again but I'm getting a message that the Kundennummer is invalid.
However, I'm still getting a monthly email with the recipt and the amount is deducted from my bank account every month.
How can I access my account again?

we will send you a registration code by e-mail. You can then register with it.

Hallo Hani-Eloksh1,
you may need to re-register. You don't need a code for that. It is only needed when you add the contract. Have you tried a new registration?

I already have a contract with deutsche kabel and the money is being deducted from my bank account every month. But I can't re-register with my customer number as I'm getting error this customer numer is invalid.
I need to be able to login to the account that has my current running contract so I can monitor/update/cancel the contract etc.
Making a completely new account without contract (as the one I did to open this thread) won't give me access to my contract.

Sorry for late reply, somehow I'm not getting notifications when you reply.
The problem is when I try to register with the customer number and activation code I have long time ago, then it gives me error.
And when I try to request new activation code, then it gives me an error that the customer number is not valid.
