Hi
I have Vodafone CableMax 1000
I filled out Vodafone’s online request to move to my new address.
I got confirmation mail, and my request processed on 20 Sep.
I still cant connect to internet. Phone light is off as well on modem.
Any idea how its works?

please call the hotline and tell them, that "selfinstall failed". They send a technician to you.
