Hi,
I moved into a new apartment in the same city the 24th of January. I ordered the move online but still did not receive any feedback from vodafone or any new offer.
Can you help with the following questions?
- Should I have received any confirmation email when ordering the move online? I did not receive anything
- If not, how many week should I wait to receive the confirmation?

I tried, but the Whatsapp contact is a chatbot that only speak German and it is not able to offer a solution.
Is there a way I can speak with a human in english?

Correct, TOBi only speaks German. But you can get through there with a translator. The colleagues will then take over, also in English.

Hi ,
After 5 weeks, 2 online moving requests, 2 chat moving requests, Vodafone tells me I can t use my kabel contract in the new apartment.
Why does it take so long for this confirmation? Basically I paid my internet connection without receiving any service at all. And since the cancellation of the contract requires one month, I will have to pay another month of No service.
I am very upset about the situation.
Do you know how can raise a complaint?
