Hello,
I just changed places. I had fiber in my old place, and now I switched to cabel in my new place. The problem is they sent me the devices to the new place even though I said that I have not moved in. So, the device got returned.
And, now I am in my new place and want the product to be delivered to me , but I cannot reach the customer service. I hardly got once to talk to a customer service in phone (struggled to speak in Deutsch), phone got disconnected. Also, the whatsapp service is not working which was before.
Anyone here, who can help me get my devices so I can use the connection and just not only pay for it.
