Dear Sir or Madam,
We just moved to Schwetzingen and decided to go with Vodafone internet, everything goes smoothly, I checked the availability online and finish the contract immediately.
I didn't expect any difficulties since there are acutally couple of householders currently using the Vodafone network, althugh they are all located on the right side of the building.
However, the technician came to us this morning for the installation, he checked around and claims it is difficult(or almost not possilbe) to get the cable connection to my apartment.
I'm a bit confused now and don't know what to do next, may I have some suggetions please? Thanks.

I would like to take a look at your customer account to find out why the cable connection cannot be activated.
Can you please send me a PN with the following information:
Customer number
Name of the contract holder
Date of birth
Street + house number
postcode + city
State
