Hello all,
I have recently moved to a different Bundesland and needed to sign a new internet cable contract due to this change.
The apartment that I have moved in previously had DSL connection, do not know through which provider.
Upon sending pictures of all available sockets to Vodafone via Whatsapp, it was determined that I require a multimedia adapter in order to connect a new router via cable to the internet.
The new router and the multimedia adapter have arrived, however after connecting everything the INTERNET led on the Vodafone Station keeps blinking red, with no connection to the internet.
My German is not good enough to raise this issue through the Vodafone hotline.

contact support again via WhatsApp
write that self intstall failed, Vodafone will send a technican to check the signal on the outlet

Hello Robert,
Thank you for the response - I tried reaching out again through Whatsapp but did not manage to get in contact with a (human) representative. Fortunately, I was able to discuss in English by phone with customer support and they opened a ticket for this issue. Was then contacted by the company that handles the technical complaints, they set up an appointment with a technicial who came to my apartment, the technician replaced the socket and internet is now working.
