Hi,
I apologize for writing this message in English.
I am a new customer and I made a request for a 100nbps cable internet connection. I connected the device according to the instructions given in the box. When I log into the wifi network, I just go with the a blank page and after some time, an error message appears as page does not exist?
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Can you check the connection with a cable? If you don‘t get a connection at all, contact support and report that „self-installation failed“. Do that via WhatsApp, there you have a chance to receive support in English:
