i got a letter a few days back saying that a new phone has been sent to some address north of germany and that the amount for the same will be deducted from my account. i have not ordered any devise but still got this bill to auto deduct from my account. What can i do next here? i called the support number and was informed that they will try to block the phone delivery but i will be charged till the devise is returned. what can i do to solve this

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

Looks like your identity was stolen and used for fraud. You *must* go to the police to file charges! This also will help you dealing with Vodafone. Do not use the phone for support, use WhatsApp. You get contact to real VF employees there instead of external callcenters, and you have every conversation as written proof.
