Hello,
I would very much like some help and advice please, I am writing on behalf of the contract holder as this type of thing is a little too overwhelming for her.
Essentially, we signed up for Vodafone Kabel internet, as well as porting a landline number from Telekom.
It turns out Kabel isn't available, so after a phone call from Vodafone, the contracted service was swapped to DSL. However, it seems the landline port has been forgotten. we have emailed the porting service (linked below) twice, but have not received any acknowledgement at all, and nothing seems to be happening.
is there anything else we can try?
