Hello,
I have booked Vodafone DSL for about one month. I got the router but the Technik did not come at all. At first, 27.08 the Technik told me he went to the wrong place and I need to make an appointment again. So I talked with your customer service via WhatsApp and booked 05.09 another appointment. Again, the Technik didn’t show up. So I asked again, you told me because it has some problems with telecom didn’t confirm and help me to make a complaint for that to telecom. Now I got no reply from you, and it has been one month for me to not having any internet. I simply doesn’t understand is it that difficult to do it? Or you don’t care the customers as long as they signed the contract?
