Since we can't seem to find an contact and your kontakt form is also not working. The only solution is to post this on the forum. We have been waiting for internet for 3 months!!! First we were told we could have Kable. We were told we had to wait for Technika to contact us, they never did, we called them and they just told us to wait (and were extremely rude in the process). We waited 2 months, finally you guys told us it actually wasn't possible and cancelled our contract. We upgraded to Glasfaser, the Telekom technician came to our place, set up everything, we received the router, installed everything right and it doesn't work!!! We have been easily over 10 hours total on the phone with your horrible phone service(the hot line). We finally got to somehow communicate with a technician (there isn't 1 technician that speaks english) and she tried to install it on the phone with us. It didn't work, exactly the same as before. She told us someone would call us to come here in person and solve it, because she didn't know what was wrong but again we never got the call. This is the worst costumer service I have experienced in my life, how is it possible that we are 3 months insisting by phone and going in person to the store and we still haven't got working internet??? My boyfriend has his final exam of the master thesis in 9 days and we don't have internet at home. So, we either get someone to come here and fix the problem or we want to cancel the contract, since we didn't get the service we signed for. If we don't get any solution ASAP we will contact a lawyer and start working towards filing a legal complaint against Vodafone.

Well that doesn't help with anything does it? We already been contacting those channels for the past 3 months, we got the call for the technician to come here and they sent us a kable technician that doesn't work with glasfaser, is this some kind of a joke? I don't get it if it is. Is there anything in this company that works? All your costumer service say the same, contact another number or service because we can't do anything, how hard can it be to send a technician to our place so we can have internet??
