LAN or WIFI? How exactly do you define *piep*? And support in English is available via the Twitter/X or Facebook contacts listed here:

Dear Peter

My Internet connection behaves like a sick turtle at midnight (12 am-03 am ).

the word *beep* was censored in your system.

I am connecting to the modem over WiFi.

Please do not ask me to restart my modem. This is not a solution this is just workaround

Maybe you could do a speed test? I don‘t know how fast a sick turtle moves. Besides that, speeds are only guaranteed via cable, not WiFi, because WiFi is influenced by many factors that are not under control of the provider. So the very first step would be to connect via cable and run a speed test, if that regularly shows a lower than guaranteed minimum speed (which depends on your contract) you need to report a service disruption via the official support channels I listed already.

Dear Peter,

it is also restarting itself continuously.

after 1 year of using Vodafone, I may say Vodafone *piep*.

they have ver-bad modem.

they have vary bad service, not possible to communicate.

they have TOB, which is useless .
