Request Router Replacement

I'm reaching out to you because I've been struggling with a problem lately: Sometimes my ping to the router gateway via WiFi is way too high. I'm working from home and it's really annoying during video calls.

My router model is the CGA6444VF.

I have tested both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands but the problem persists. I also checked different clients. I have attached the results of my ping tests.

This annoying problem occurs about three days a week for about half an hour.
I'm pretty sure the problem is related to the router and I already have it for 2 years.

WiFi performance is influenced by many factors that Vodafone has no control about, therefore nothing is guaranteed. That being said, the Vodafone Station offers a mediocre WiFi performance at the best time, replacing it with the same model doesn‘t promise better results. You could switch to a Fritzbox or put a good AccessPoint behind the VF router.
