Hi Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I recently purchased the "GigaHome 100 cable" order. Within one week, I received my contract and the port adapter by post, which was great. However, I am still awaiting the cable router device, which is essential for me to connect to the internet.
I have tried contacting customer care regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach a proper English-speaking agent. Consequently, my query has remained unsolved for more than a week now.
I kindly request someone to assist me with this issue as soon as possible. Your prompt attention and support in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.

Have you ordered a rental router?
Rental Routers are not included in the contracts anymore - so if you chose not to rent a router, then you will have to buy a compatible router on your own.
