Hello,
For about 4 days now the cable internet is horrible. I am working exclusively from home and its a pain.
I have a 500Mb DL/50Mb UL contract, not that the speed is the problem. There is a high latency and drops.
Towards Vodafone network everything seems to be fine but trying to get anywhere else...
I don't know what you did because I had 10ms to google and no drop before.
Please see attached screenshots with icmp to google and a speed test.
At least give us some information, this doesn't look like it is an isolated issue. I have to use my mobile to join meetings and even trying to watch something in the evening its not possible.

Some MSE values are too low. There are too many uncorrectable errors.
Your biggest problem, however, is the return path interference.
There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

Post a screenshot of the router's signal values. Please do not use a smartphone for this.
To display the signal values, go to Internet - Cable Information - Channels

Hello Kurt,
Thank you for the reply, please find attached the screenshot with the errors . The modem has no interference around it and no one touched the cable infrastructure in my basement. From there I have Lan cables in the walls.
