Hello,

 

I received the internet connection on the 5tb of Feb along with a Router. I followed all the steps of the connection but it says there is no internet available. I have had several calls with the customer care where I have signed 2 new contracts but I have no solution on the problem. I was told in the first call that my router is not working so they will send me a new one and made me sign a new contract. In the second mail they said that my new order didn’t go through so I signed another contract. I have lost a lot of time and energy in this process. Please can someone assist me with this problem!?
